We left our house in Lucy’s capable hands for six weeks over the summer whilst we did AirBnB bookings and home-exchanges. Some guests came every three days and at short notice, which meant a lot of washing, cleaning, tidying and managing extra requests such as cot sheets, late check-outs, topping up cleaning products, etc. Lucy sorted this all out for us – even shopping for extra linen! She was very quick to respond to queries and to reassure us that the house was fine. All our guests gave us top marks for cleanliness. Starfish Domestic is fantastic. Lucy and her colleagues have always been very professional, warm and friendly – we will definitely use them for all our AirBnB changeovers as well as for everyday cleaning.
